Hopi Ear Candling
Hopi Ear Candles have been used all over the world with great success and satisfaction for more than 10 years. Ear Candles have been used traditionally by Shamen healers. Their historic roots are to be found in Asia and can be traced back to the Indians of North and South America. This special knowledge was bought to contemporary Europe from the Hopi people, the oldest tribe, with a knowledge of healing and deep spirituality. Ancient wall paintings show their importance in initiation rituals and healing ceremonies of the fire clan.
Ear candles are still made today on the basis of an old original recipe known only to BIOSUN.( The candles that I use in my treatments today.)
Using only Natural ingredients together with BIOSUN’S knowledge of the latest scientific discoveries, the candles are produced to excellent standards. Valuable honey extracts, essential oil of Sage, 100% pure beeswax, crushed traditional Indian medicinal herbs (mainly sage and camomile) beta-carotene, and a pesticide free woven cotton, guarantee constant high quality.
The candles have a filter inside which prevents any liquid wax or excessive candle residue from entering the ear.
Locally administered heat stimulates the peripheral blood circulation, thus intensifying the immunological defence system and strengthens the cleansing circulation of the lymph glands. It also stimulates energy points and reflex zones.

This treatment also includes drainage of the lymph system around the head and neck and with the removal of unwanted and sometimes toxic wear wax the lymph system will drain much easier allowing sinus congestion to clear.
In the consultation care is given to find the reason for sinus and other problems that may have occurred and suggestions may be offered to look at why the problems may have occurred in the beginning. This treatment is suitable for small children as well as adults. Children’s treatment being only half an hour and adults one hour.
